Choice 1 - Filleto al Aceto Balsamico: A hand carved fillet migon topped with a balsamic vinegar glaze

Choice 2 - Petto di Pollo ai Carciofi: Sauteed chicken brest topped off with artichoke hearts in a white wine sauce
