October 2010 Theme: Blindness Awareness Month – Acqua Al 2 challenges you to a blind wine tasting experience, a portion of the proceeds will go to Foundation Fighting Blindness in San Diego.

Be prepared to explore the finest summer wine pairings with Acqua Al 2’s executive chef and owner Martin Gonzalez
and a premier local wine connoisseur.

Acqua Al 2 Uncorked is a wine class and tasting series created to share our passion of fine Italian wines and spirits. We’ll show you ideal cuisine pairings and tips on what to serve this season. Each tasting will pair authentic Italian cuisine with the special themed wines and spirits.
